This action cannot be undone
Deleting your TaxiLedger account permanently removes the following data from our systems:
- Profile
- Passenger Records
- Trip History
- Fare History
- Payment Records
- All associated data
How to delete your account from the app

Open TaxiLedger
Launch the TaxiLedger app on your mobile device.

Login
Sign in using the account you wish to delete.

Open the Menu
Tap the ☰ (Hamburger Menu) in the app to open the navigation menu.

Select "Delete Account"
From the menu, tap Delete Account to open the account deletion request page.

Enter the Reason & Submit
Enter the reason for deleting your account, confirm the request, and tap Submit Deletion Request. Your request will be reviewed, and your account and associated data will be permanently deleted once approved.
Prefer to request deletion by email?
If you're unable to delete your account from within the app, you can request deletion directly by contacting our support team. Please email us from your registered account email address for verification.
